Hi iv got a 1.2 sxi and I'm after droppin a 1.6 in to I'm just not sure Wich one would be easyier to install or realy what the difference is between the x16xe or the c16xe iv been told I will allso lose the power steering unless I get the ecu of the sport or something ? Also iv been told that the 1.2 car loom is completely wrong has any one done a conversion on an sxi them self would be very grateful of the help cheers

You will have to use the ecu in the sport as it will either not run properly or not at all. Honestly it will be cheaper and easier to buy a cheap sport and transfer your alloys or other mods onto it

The only reason to do it is to get cheap insurance on a more powerful car and/or pay lower tax. If these werent the reasons then you would just go and buy a sport/gsi?

Fair enuf I agree with that but I'm using this as practice my sxi isn't on the road I just wanted to attempt to create a track car I know it would be allot easier to buy a sport but that kind of evades the point of what I wanted to do so having explained my self to you can you Answer my original question or not?

Admitted to fraud? Wtf this car is never goin to be on the road i wasent aware I have to notify the dvla if it is for the track only? All I ask is a simple question and all I get is tits like you acusing me of fraud if you don't have anything usfull to say don't say it at all
