I've got a pale blue. Like barclays blue but much, much less in your face. Plus about a million white tiles which I hate.

Personally I'd do white tiles with a coloured wall. Nothing other than biege paint will go with beige tiles.

How about a soft yellow? Parents have that in their kitchen and looks nice, albeit with dark wood units/black tiles.

Been here a year and its boring, just want to spruce it up. I only want to stick a colour on not rip it all out ect I plan on being here a while!

i would not go to the blue colour scale as thats more for bathrooms and its genrally a cold colour
I would go cream or beige. Buttermilk is a nice colour
