just recieved my powerbox off ebay but it and it dont fit ive messaged the person i got it off and hes saying it fitted to his x14xe but its to big for my inlet any ideas ive put some pictures up powerbox pics

it dont fit onto my inlet manifold the manifolds smaller than the powerbox holes and im trying to fit it to a x14xe

it looks right in the picture.

Best bet, go and buy a new gasket for where it joints to the inlet manifold and line it up to the holes.

the box is quite wide but the holes look in the right place

if you paid via paypal just open a dispute on ebay and say its not as described. How much did you pay for it?

Open a dispute and sent it back. The proper ones are one sealed unit and half as wide as that.

That right hand side will probably leak air

doesnt look like a x14xe bottom inlet section the holes are ovel like the power box on a x14xe ???

saying that it is way to big that power box lol

Thats not an x14xe bottom inlet manifold, looks like an 8v one

I think they have the engine code on the block near where the gearbox mounts onto it. It might just be the engine number, but you could always check the engine numbers on the V5 and check they are the same.
