WTF is with these. My central heating is stuck on and I'm struggling to find anyone that will look at a Powermax.

I have a powermax. What model is it?

Sounds like what mine did a while back and it was a diverter valve

Powermax 155x. A guy said over the phone it was probably the diverter valve, then said he wouldn't touch a Powermax!

Powermax caused a few deaths years ago, not many people wana touch then tbh

Don't think the 155 has a divertor valve iirc

My house is rented. Landlord sent a Plumber round and he is gonna fit a new control panel
