Right, seeing as I'm well out of touch with what's good and what's not these days in terms of computers, I need your assistance please!
Budget is £500 which can be purely for base unit with operating system - no need for monitor, speakers, keyboard / mouse etc etc as I've got all that and I'm happy with it.
PC is largely used for the business, so photo editing, video editing to a certain extent, and then the usual web surfing / emails and a small amount of website work too.
Link me up please!
Cheers,
Rich

Cheers Danny, will take a look now.
When I say video editing and photo editing, it's not massively involved stuff, but if I have 30 photos from a detail open at the same time to blank plates out and resize them etc, the PC I use atm tends to struggle, and video editing / rendering the end result takes forever!

Don't go for a Mac Mini, you'll be paying £500 for about £250 worth of gear and £250 tax.
Scan systems look really good, I remember looking at them a few years ago and again recently
EDIT: Failing that, you can get some quite good deals with Dell, especially through their business side (even for a single unit).

Yeh I've got a Dell atm, and would have another one, but a quick look on their site the other day seemed to suggest that £500 wouldn't get me a lot compared to (for example) an Acer unit on eBuyer etc.
Looks like it may be a Scan or Acer system.

If you're after a Dell let me know what model you are after and I'll get you a better price than what's on their website.
