We now have 3 cars, so I needed to make room for the S2 in the garage, wasnt going to be easy as it was my dumping ground
This was how it looked...
After phase one of the mass clean up
Boarded out the loft area and moved everything up and organised it!
Sorted some storage and built a wood store etc...
The car is too low to drive in so need some small ramps, decking off cuts worked out perfect
Snug!
Fitted some carpet onto the walls to protect the doors.
Has anyone painted the inside of theres? also have people painted the floor?
Looking on B&Q's site they have a light grey wall paint that might come out good, but not sure on doing the floor?

I got floor paint from eBay 25ltr for £25 delivered and just using external paint for Walls but I'm getting them plastered first so it's all smooth.
Haven't got round to doing it yet as wanting to extend from single to double.
It's currently just an empty garage!
Sure Ben G painted his walls and floor.

That looks spot on! So just standard emulsion for the walls then? did you roller the floor?

you can use standard emulsion on the walls,
as for the floor a few coats of floor paint will see it all good, make sure you give it a good sweep out etc 1st though,
oh and youll find drums of floor paint on ebay at same price as some company's 5ltr tins

yeah standard emulsion. I used a brush but you can roller it if you wanted to.
paint the walls first otherwise you'll end up with white paint all over your nicely painted floor

do it. it wasn't hard, just boring. the walls were difficult as they are breeze blocks so had loads of little crevices to get into.
carpet or soft material on the wall is a must if you have a car in there.

I want my garage to look like Ben's too, need to stop the water getting into it first though.
Floor doesn't seem to have been put down correctly, needs some more concrete to build it up past the outside ground level.

Mine looks like this now after a severe cleaning up but no pics of before, but you couldn't move at all, had to climb over anything. Chucked loadsa stuff out mind you and got hold of some new shelves.
But I would have to move everything to the back, paint walls/ floor then let that dry, then move everything forwards and paint the back, long!

This is only a rented garage in fairness so might not bother, just hate it looking messy and the paint would clean things up nicely and maybe stop come creatures coming in.
