1. how do the roof strips come of? is it just a case of pulling them of then re sealing them down?
2. can the window seals on the rear quaters and boot be easily removed and re fitted while keeping the windows in situe.
3. whats the best way to repair cracked 'b' pillars?

Roof strips pull out.
Quarter window seals just pull out. Think rear is same.
As for the cracking. Get the welder out!

rear window seals can be removed but are a pain to refit so they sit perfect, dont recommend it as the rear quarter and rubber are a sealed unit the rubber is put on the window then both sealed into place, speaking from personal experience
