Whenever i purchase a song from iTunes, I convert it to 128 kbps (to save space) and change the info but since putting iOS5 on, everytime I sync/connect it automatically starts to reload the original song on

Ive turned off automatic downloads but it keeps doign it! Any ideas??

So you have 2 copies of each song in the iTunes library?

Make a playlist and sync the playlist only?

i do only sync playlists but it seems to think the original still exists on my iPhone and trys adding it back to my iTunes!

Worked it out now (no thanks to you lot you useless sack of shite

)

When you have auto downloads on, it downloads copies to all machines (obv) BUT these are individual copies and are not linked, so everytime i was syncing it was adding the original copies on my iPhone back onto my Laptop... it seems under iOS 5 that you can delete songs and artists from within music on your iPhone so ive done that and now the bastards should stop copying onto my laptop!!!
