Yh will pass mot why would there be a problem with emissions because of a inlet

Well its removed the breather bit on the throttle body holder thing, so surely not a lot of air available at idle? Cuz my CO levels were off the chart yesterday when it failed the MOT

Oil breather you mean? Won't make a blind bit of difference. EGR might make a tiny amount of difference but not likely.
Probs needs a cat.
