Ordered two things from there last night, but still not showing up as being purchased. Says it can take 3 days to be "tracked" but i did go back and for between pages in between, and some people are saying due to cookies problems they haven't been paid, anyone know? I found the deals through HUKD so in effect clicked through to the deal first through there then used quidco, so does this mean i won't get the sale?

just leave it the three days then raise a support ticket, they will have the times your clicked logged, tell them which click it was you bought something and boom

Yup, I raised a support ticket when something didn't get tracked and then got it in the end. Easy enough to do in my experience
