hello my laptop keeps crashing ive found the code that it comes up with but i dont know if any information can be recieved from it or if its just a generic code , if anyone can help i would be greatful

oh sorry i forgot to mention i couldnt get that ultimate boot cd site to work it just downloaded a toolbar and wen i went to fix the errors it tried to get me to download somthing else which wouldnt load. Another suggestion was memtest ? how do i get that ?

A toolbar? The download should just be an ISO file which you burn directly to a CD...

Memtest is on that Ultimate Boot CD.

nope the download came up with open or save so i saved it and its a tool bar with the option to 'fixpc' on it but i click tht and it takes me to a link tht doesnt work .

Did you click on some big green box on the top of that downloads page with an arrow pointing down saying "download now!"? If so, that's some crappy advert thing on that site.
