Hi people how hard is it to change from a cable driven speedo
To a electronic speedo and what do i need to get to do so ?

Different sender in the gearbox, may require a bit of a strip down on the box, not sure.

Then it needs wiring in and the wire running to the correct pin on the electric clocks.

Why do you need to change?
