hi i own a 1.0 corsa b as a daily runaround.. and am sick of it having no power, rather than buy a new car im going to put a 1.6 xe engine in .. i have a full complete corsa sport 1.6 will i need to swap the full looms over? or is it a seperate engine loom?
also what else is needed , i assume its a straight foward conversion ? just bolt in with the sport loom etc?
only reason i am keeping it is because the shell is so clean .. and its black non sunroof model!
is anything else worth keeping off the 1.6 sport? before it goes scrap?
and what power can be had out of the 1.6xe engine ?

how come you scrapping the sport??
but keep as much stuff of the sport as pos.
you will need to strip both cars and put the full 1.6 sport loom in dont froget to check mounting points iirc the mounting points on the sports are diferent to the 1lt

the sport is a rotton old dog , and the 1.0 is immaculate, so i will need to put the full loom in ? so is it a dash out job? etc...

ya there are a few bit's that are extra on the sports that ant on the 1lts we striped my mates to fit his sport engine in seems like a lot of work but worth it in the end
