when i left the corsasport stand at pvs i went to find my brother in the car park and i hit a massive lump of congret and lookin at it i destoryed my cat and parts of exhaust system and it feels odd to turn could i have bent the lower arm of even riped the bushes in them

Get underneath and have a look, no other way to find out. If there is nothing obvious book it in to a garage for tracking / alignment and get them to assess for any further damage.

all so near side rear wheel is cambered alot more than other side

Jack it up and check for play in the wheel with excessive camber, could be unrelated and just play in the bearings.
You'd have to hit something pretty hard to damage the beam via the road wheels and in that case you'd probably see damage on them.

ive checked the bearing its fine it was only done 2k ago could it the rear bush or even the stub axle
