i've got a 4s and noticed in every picture i've got a mark near the top left of the photo, i've cleaned the lens and can't see anything on there. wondering if the camera is faulty or something?

It doesn't look dark enough to be dust on the sensor, so my guess would be front or back of the lens.

Have you had the phone apart?

If not, and it's got warranty, take it to the dealer.

If you don't have warranty or have had it apart, remove the back cover (two screws at bottom) and clean the camera as well as inside of cover.
