How long do you have to be with the same employer to get a mortgage? Ive always worked and paid rent and bills etc but just moved jobs to a much higher paid job so can afford the deposit now but how long will i have to be with the employer

Three months of wage slips and not in a probation period with Halifax. I'd guess the others are along the same lines.

I got mine within my probation period, Britannia sent my employers a form to complete in lieu of 3 wage slips

Thats good then will have the full deposit and fees by then. My boss said he will write a letter saying he guarantees the overtime aswell to help
