Use the above for the Gym, biking etc.
Turned it on this weekend and connected it up, to the laptop via USB and it crashed my Itunes.
Since then it is stuck on the Apple logo, nor will my laptop recgonise it, what can i do?

apparently.

Hold center and home button for about ten seconds until you see the apple icon.
