Has anyone come accross an empty devices and printers on windows 7.

I have tried all the stock answers bluetooth service and stop start spooler.

Any other pointers.

Update to IE 10 sorted the problem

It can be an HP printer driver that does this, sc stop spooler, delete the contents of the C:\Windows\System32\spool\something or other\3 directory then sc start spooler
