Any thoughts on this from my Civic?

Fast Idle Test

CO = 0.300 Actual 3.524% FAIL
HC = <200ppm Actual 214ppm FAIL
Lambda = 0.97-1.03 Actual 0.922 FAIL

Second Fast Idle Test

CO 3.679% FAIL
HC 223 ppm FAIL
Lambda 0.918 FAIL

Natural Idle Test 0.500 Actual 1.827% FAIL

So... Not great. I assume the catastrophic CO means it is Overfuelling which explains why it does about 80 miles to £25

Anyone know anything about Civics? It's a D16B2 engine...

Garage suggested new lambdas and cat by the way (£800 quote).

I'm thinking new lambdas some additive and V power and a good hot run and try again. The car is only used for driving me to work and back and for taking stuff to the tip.

check/change plugs and air filter. also have a good look for and vacuum leaks/hoses damaged.

When was it serviced last,if you have a lambda fault you will have a management light on.didn`t the garage offer any advice?some fuel injector cleaner and a good drive can`t hurt before recheck.

Well before it went into the garage the it used to idle lumpy at about 400rpm once warm. With a new Lambda it idles at 1500 until it is warm then drops to a steady 750
