If i Pre-order a ps4 with my current bank card, will I need the same card to pay the remainder when its released. Reason I ask is my card expires on 10/13 so card number will change. No idea how this pre-ordering thing works, never done it before

Depends if you preorder somewhere that stores you card details, like Amazon. In that case I expect it might be an issue.

I had that happen when I pre-ordered a game. Game didn't turn up cos my bank card had expired, had to go and buy it again. Stick it on your credit card?

This. Even if you can get a 0% card, or even if you pay just £1 on the credit card and the rest in cash.
Reason is your credit card company then protects you, if anything goes wrong, say you try to take it back to the shop and you can't because of their policy or the stores closed down..your CC company will pay out for it instead..something like that, watched it on some kind of tv programme such as "don't get done, get dom"

Can't see the point ordering one 5-6 months before its out. Keep the £ in your bank and get the interest on it rather than them!

Interest on £20 ? I don't think someone who is about to blow £400 is going to care about a few pence
