I have a 4s and it came up with a long message that stayed on the screen for 1-2 seconds but started by saying this iPhone has been hacked?!?!?
Has it?
How?
What do I do?

Can you take a picture of the message or has it gone? I'd speak to apple about it if anything (Make sure that they are not charging you though, they seem to think that their words are worth about £3 each)

It stayed on the screen a second or 2 and then gone
First thing I'm doing is transferring the pis via email deleting all apps and then restoring the phone

Could be wrong but i don't believe you have access to push notifications outside of requiring a phones device token and access to the APNS server. Which case it means either an app developer is pushing the spam or the developer has allowed third parties to spam on their behalf (ie - access to developers server).
Bit messy if that's the case.
