Does anyone use this on a day to day basis?

I have been using the free trial for doing a few posters/ sheets for a presentation and found it quite good.

But wondered how people felt who may use it all the time?

Worth the money each month for it?

I used it at Uni. At first it's a bastard to get used to, but as with everything it takes time to get used to it all. Once you've licked it, it's pretty handy to use.

Only buy it if you need it, and you'll use it a lot.

Use it more or less daily and have for years.

Despite, it's still one of those applications, where I'm constantly finding new and better features.
Very capable software.

Not really, just whether it is worth it in peoples view who use it.

Our boss seems to think Powerpoint is fine....I have argued that to create more professional documents it is worth the £15 or so a month, and have found it 'relatively' easy to use, for basic things.

Yeah I do. A huge percentage of printed magazines are made using InDesign these days.

I thought Quark was what 'big boy' publishers used? What's the reason for everyone going to Adobe?

Seems Quark is more or less dead these days.

Been several years since I met someone who worked on Quark and never actually seen the software my self.
