Jonathan Ive has lost the plot. First he ruined iOS, then OS X, now the iPhone 6 (apparently) looks like a knock-off HTC M8:

Apple is awful now, I'll still end up using apple stuff because it's what I'm used to but everything Is going downhill from product design to OS design it's all going wrong ;'(

Exactly! All the crap about the iPhone5 having the perfect screen size of any phone and how the fingers are perfectly positioned

They'll set some marketing bollocks up for how this is the perfect screen size

Must admit it looks fucking shit.
You actually wonder how long they spend in meetings discussing how the next iphone should look. I mean it must take them about an hour to agree on a design at most.

Can't wait for the fanboys with this one.
They'll suddenly have longer fingers that can work the apple screen ok when they couldn't work a larger screen on another phone.
Also, if that's a 'leak' already, I'm not even watching the release keynote.

It does look awful from the back, hopefully not final design... but you can't blame them for changing the screen size, things change. Personally I do prefer a smaller screen though so hopefully they will release at least two models again.

You can blame them when all along they've said they wouldn't and now they are following the crowd.
Jobs would be going mental.

Crappy colour as well. Reminds me of the fleece track bottoms, the grey ones.

Wouldn't even be surprised if this is the real one;

The fact is that something like 60%+ of the phones sold are screens bigger than the iPhone 5 so as much as Apple thinks its the right size the consumer wants larger and need to make a larger one to open up their market again.
I don't dislike the shape. I've always preferred the old 3G/3GS shape over all phones so far so this goes back to that style again.

Loved my 3GS best iphone I've had, nice to hold and bounced when I dropped it.

They've had to move the power button from the top of the device to the side. Presumably to appease those not blessed with E.T. fingers.

Don't think it looks too bad. It's a thinner version of the original iPhone.
It's always going to look worse in horrible leaked shots like this.
Size is a different matter. Can't believe this is the death of the one-handed iPhone.
This is like plasma TV's all over again. A superior product being discontinued due to ignorant consumers demanding "something new" and believing that more numbers = better.

I think going on past records we can be fairly confident that the overall shaper is fairly well known now

I miss the Apple that preferred to have the best products opposed to the best selling products.
A lot of their philosophy seems to have gone to the grave with Jobs.

I have a Moto G and I wouldn't want a phone any bigger - and I've had a Galaxy note.
