Soo, I've been talking about this and working on it for months but no pictures. I bought it in Feb for Lauren and I to live in really and she went and sacked me off in August so that scuppered plans! I'm going to rent it out for now to sort myself out as I'm a little all over the place at the moment. I could do without dickhead comments, ta.

It's a two bed 1968 semi near Penn/Amersham, front and back garden with single garage and my own 'parking space' behind off a little service road. Loads of room for parking though, I normally bump up the kerb out the front, plus I can back a car up to the garage door. No Ben G style parking arguments here! I bloody love it.

Can't find a picture of the little hallway, but it's tiny

Door opens into living room:

I've painted that room, knocked a lovely brick fireplace out and had the breast plastered, laid a new hearth, some new wall lights (I might change that ceiling light though ) and had new carpet fitted (was minging laminate). The closed door is a cupboard under the stairs that is huge.

Walk through into kitchen/diner:

Painted in here too, changed the tiles to shiny ones, new washing machine and oven.

Double doors to the garden, can see the garage at the end:

Upstairs:

From the top of the stairs, you have master on the left, second on the right, bathroom second right and the airing cupboard infront of you. Painted everything here and cleaned all the carpets upstairs.

Master:

Closed door is a cupboard that is over the stairs

Second:

That is a shocking picture, it's big enough for a double and a desk in there . Again, all painted in here.

Bathroom:

Just some paint in here I think...

So there!!

Nice gaff, pow Take it you bought it just in your name? Wise move in hindsight if so. Hard luck with mrs tho, but at least you're on the ladder even if you don't intend to live there in the immediate future

Nice place Pow. Just think of the future mate.

House is lovely. Love the living room with windows on 2 sides.

Ben G parking wars we actually have up to 4 now. Drive, front and 2 kerb spaces which no one uses. Win

Sod the latte, it's all about the mocha.

Decent first buy! Like that a lot.

My ex screwed my head up massively although my Dad died around the same as we split up. You will come out the other side stronger and better from the experience. Expect the unexpected with women, they are all fucking mad!

Lovely place Pow, will make someone a great home until you decide to live there yourself. Shame it's only a 2 bed, not very future proof (depending on your life goals obv!) but with house prices like they are down there it's totally understandable

I could have never afforded a 3 bed in the same area as it would have been prefixed by a 3 before 5 more digits but this is the biggest 2 bed I looked at.

I thought it was a 3 bed certainly looks a good size. Bigger than our 2 bed!

Down here prices are ridiculous for family suitable homes.

There is enough room to go up into the loft, the biggest problem would be where to put the stairs
