I want to replace the standard 13" wheels on my '99 Corsa B 1.2 . Will 16's go on without any modifications? I want my new wheels quick and easy! Thanks for your help.

yes! i evn lowered mine 60mm all round an still no probs

i have a 1.2 '99 with 16"x7" ET 45 lowered about 50mm on Nova -40mm suspension didnt de bolt and its fine! no rubbing, but the zaust bracket bangs a bit
also goin 80 over a big bump i heard my tyres go mmmmmmmmmmm in the arches, thats the only time tho

Yes 16's will go on no prob's and with the correct offset even lowered upto 60mm should be fine.

Mikorsa16v, I had same banging exhaust problem with mine lowered 60mm.
Under the car behind the backbox you will see a large U shapped bracket with 2 bolts on the bottom of it. Slacken them and turn the bracket round so they point to the side, even move it back/forward slightly from where it's banging.... that easy, problem solved
Or if you can't do it take it to a garage when it's quiet and I'm sure they'd do it for nothing (they did for me!)

Mine is lowered 40mm with 16's on (ET45) and I had problems at first! With more than 3 people in going over bumps on the motorway the tyres catched loads! I grinded them down as far as possible and skimmed the plastic arch an now I can have 5 in. Don't assume it will work ok mate, everyone said I would be alright and I wasn't. But to be fair I wish I had gone for 17's now, so think about considering them, u may have to do arch work anyway!
