hi again lads,planning some mods at the mo,and wondered if i drop my sport -60mm (springs only) on original rims,how long have my standard shocks got to live providing i dont ram speed bumps etc like a nutter??

So i have been told. apparantly if you go below 40 mil they screw them up quick

What about 30mm. How long would they last. I'm slightly worried now.
