As above, how do you clean this stuff out? Its not in the actual water itself but around the sides of the bottle.

No I dont think so, its just where the water has been in the bottle - left a watermark.

i would drain your cooling system, remove the header tank and scrub the inside with a toothbrush and some detergent or bleach
