As most of you know I have debadged by boot (except for the vauxhall logo)

I now fancy removing the door strips, is it as easy to do as debadging the boot??

If its easy, how do I do it? Or would it be best to take it to a bodyshop and let them do it??

So its as easy to do as the boot then....

Just take them off with a hairdryer like a did the back then??

and then get some hot soapy water and rub it all over the glue so it comes off easier then??

Might have to have ago, if its that easy

The glue didnt come off on one of the strips and took me agggggeeessss to rub it off, and the others came off easy and took off the glue with them,.just gota be careful and make sure you pick the strip off at the base with a credit card and pull it slowly so the glue comes off aswell.

best way to do it is boiling water on the strip, pull it off wiv as much glue as possible still on the strip. then rub lots of petrol on to the left over adhesive and leave for a couple of days then more petrol and peel off fairly easy like!

Get a bodyshop to do it if its cheap, when they took mine off to paint the doors it took like 5 mins a side and was perfect, no glue.
They use some special glue eater and just wipe it off!

I didnt heat mine up, in fact I did it in the middle of winter when it was freezing outside, the glue came off with the strip mostly, then what was left I just got some tar remover and just rubbed that on, problem solved.

Still havent taken them off yet
Havent had the time.....
Seen as its bank holiday monday 2mora and Im not a work I might just have to get them off.....

So just heat them up with a hairdryer, and then peal them off carefully. Then just get some warm water and rub the excess glue off gentle... like I did on the back.

Should be ok, will let you know If I had enough bottle to do it 2mora night

how big are the holes behind the vaux badge? that badge that you got on there danny dont look big enough to cover holes, so they must be quite small?
