Want to get my subs at a curvy angle I cannot make it out of mdf as it wont go into the shape I want. Do I need to use something like wire mesh and a form of plaster to mould into the shape I want???
Any help would be great

you could make all the frame work behind out of 2*1 then use 4mm hardboard that curves to the shape that you want on top.

You could use a can of expanding foam and then mould it with a knife.... messy stuff though and won't come off anything it sticks to easily.
Suppose you could cover it with some kind of cloth when your done.

There is such a thing as flexi mdf , which is a sheet of mdf with ridges cut out of it so that it can bend. Not sure of sizes and price , but it could be an option
