Is it usual for the rear spring coils to touch i have lowered it 40mill on spax springs when i go over a bump they chatter. is this usual?

me and my ladys corsa are bothe lowered 4omm and both of um do the same as yours, me old corsa did the same as well so must be common

Yes its normal, if you read the literature that came with them it clearly says its normal. The only downside ive noticed other than chatter is that this wears the paint away quickly and the dreaded rot sets in...

its fuckin annoying!! i think im gonna wrap some rubber tape around them should make it quieter.

Just try to ignor it, the older they get the quieter too. Usually around 1500 - 2000 miles and they are quiet.
