im after a manifold for a corsa b, ive heard lexmual or janspeed is the best but how much are they? where is the best place to get them and how much bhp does it release?

lexmaul promises something like 5/6% gains. mantzel says that 10nm and 3-4 horses. depending if its standard or inlet manifold and cams and stuff...
