My mate has a 1997 R reg renualt clio rt, he has standard 13" shitty alloys and is wanting to get a set of 15's and tyres from a scrappy, he was wondering how much roughly a scappy would charge

Depends on condition i suppose, probably not much. Make sure they are the right offset though.
