if its the same as mine, i gripped the damper from under the wheel arch with a moley and then tightened up the bolt with a deep socket

you use a open ended spanner on the lower bolt while hollding the upper one with a socket

so how do i bolt it back on when i put the strut bace on? the is no room for a open ended spannar

isnt the damper got a plastic cover on it ?

mine didnt, just some rubbery bits. just where it goes thru the top of the wheel arch, directly under where ur boltin the strut brace to. I'll take some pics tomorrow if u want ?

all righty then,

for todays game u will need -



clamp it under the wheelarch here, get someone to hold it if need be -



then just tighten the top bolt with ur deep socket, 16 or 17mm it is -

dampers are fks. i never noticed any performance gains, but it looks damn sweet

ok i think standard shocks have a cover where u put the mole grips but that dont bther im sure itll mobe outta the with a bit of persuasion
