can you send me some pics then mate, or get them, up, i need to drill a hole in somewhere then also put my alarm led in, to make it flash i am wiring it up to my cd player... you got pics please buddy??

hey mate did u managed to get behind the center dash?
There are three clips into the back of the heater knobs...u unclick them (tough to do use a screwdriver to prise them) Then unclip the white bit and then the black bit with vents, you can then take out the whole bit and leaves enough space to drill through the side bit(ish)

there int no screws behind the heaters lads. i dont think!! where bouts are they?

push the heater bits all the way downwards until they click once then you should be able to see the top two screws (which are also holding the mfd) the bottom 2 screws are behind the slide bit that you have to prise out with a screwdriver, hope this helps

An led draws so little current, you can leave it continuously connected and lit up for weeks with no effect on the battery.

its only an LED - branch off of the cig wiring they draw so little current. Neons maybe not - LED's I d do that.
