Made from mild steel, only 180 quid? These any good?

Also if i was to get a Janspeed manifold would it matter if i got a Powerflow exhaust system....or would a Janspeed system be better for performance?

janspeed system would be better ud gain about 6-7bhp with the full janspeed lot, (on a 1.4 16v engine), the janspeed manifold is a good choice really good value for money

yeah with the exhaust manifold ull get a bit more raspy noise but it sounds like a tuned engine rasp not a nova rasp if u get me lol! ull get good gains and good sound with it, i have a 4-branch on my 1.6, well worth the monry, top end makes a huge difference makes driving on the motorways better aswell
