(ive never seen the original btw)

cos i got one yesterday and its the right lenght, but its got the ball and socket end, but my engine looks like the cable slots into the actuator thing on the throttle body...

any help, thanks

maybe ya missing the right bit off the throttle linkage, i got a spare throttle body BTW, its form a GSI but i bet ya could nick the linkage off it

ball and socket is for a c14se 8valve sri

so is the 16v one different then? im confused... yeh well i can see where it slots in.. and there aint a ball n socket thing anywhere on the linkage...

the 1.4 and 1.6 is ball and socket matey

ah i really dont know then.... cos i can clearly see where the cable goes round the actuator, and then slots in like a bike brake cable...

but there isnt anywhere where the ball was, or could be....

well this is strange i think, looks like you will have to get another cable, or bodge this one on

mm... i cant work it out, can u see wot i mean tho.. it looks like it goes round and slots in...
