right can a 2.0 litre 8v lump and box be chucked in a corsa for a 10 mile drive?

need to kickstart my wacky plans!!!

feck the box.....

take out yer spare wheel and feck it in there and get one of yer mates to hold it...

maybe i was unclear..........

take out spare wheel from your wheel well as the big hole for ure wheel will hold the engine down a bit better cos of the shape of the sump.

put the engine in there u dont need a box.


done this a few times with a cortina engine in the back of me mates old datsun cherry was fun trying to get the car to move off from the lights.

iv done a 120 mile drive with a 2.0 16 engine, gear box, ecu, loom, astra gte front suspension, drive shafts, breaks in the back of my corsa with no probs at all

I collected a few 1.6 engines. No need to secure them they so bloody heavy they're not going anywhere
