I have had no end of trouble with my zorst. It's standard and whatever i do it won't stop rattling. I've heard it's a common problem with corsa's. Anyone got any advice??

check the cat heat shield is on tight.
think that's the most common cause of rattles, unless you've lowered it lots and the rear box clamp is bashing off the axle?

If its the rear box clamb bashing the sub frame then all you have to do is twist it round so that the nuts are facing the floor pan, I thought I had a big rpoblem til I got underneath the car and had a look... Could be your back box - the inside of mine went rusty and rattled shit loads - new one is £40 fitted
