9 or 12mm depending on the weight of your amp and subs.

im using 12mm on mine Kev, in a B its a bastard to get the floor right and it needs to be a bit bendy.

yeah i tried doin my boot floor in 16mm mdf......and i couldnt get it in !!!i had to cut it into 3 bits to make it fit ...lol

I try and use 15mm as anything less tends to split alot when screwing into it even with pilot holes!

I always use 15mm or 18mm for the actuall boxes and then 12mm or 15mm for the rest of it!

we are using 18mm for the speaker boxes, but the subs are 1000w RMS each. False floor is bout half thatsize to save weight.

yeah, 18mm for the floor(and boxes) and 12 for the rest

I used 15mm braced then sound dead the inside panels. tested with a signal generator and no noticable box vibrations. {alpine 10"}
