i have my MOT 2moro but i have a boot build in my whole boot covering the spare wheel but am i right in saying that as i don't have one - if i inform the testing station then they won't fail me on not having access to the spare tyre

i was pretty sure of this as a few of my friends have done this at various MOT sites
