iv seen these "Ekotek" valves on ebay and in Max Power, do they actually work?
wot they aparantely do seems good, creating turbulence in the cylinder/manifold
dunno if they actually work though wen there put into play!
any1 had one?

they will lower your fuel consumption but they will also make a horrible noise and give no peformance gain (that you will notice).
You can buy a filter to stop noise but they are about 12quid extra i believe
