i had a different style on my engine it was a complete replacement inlet manifold
i took ma engine out to install mine, was fairly straight forward,
is yours one of them ones off ebay.

take engine out to install!!! he never mentioned that i think it weill be goin back on ebay if i have to do that!!

the guide in dutch is a x14xe 
taking out the engine is not needed.. but a lot easyer for removing the original inlet pipe

ah.... so this is as difficult as it seemed when i tryed to do it to my gf's car the other week... ended up giving up and putt the original inlet back on

i know the guy who wrote the manual, he does mantzel-conversions for about 4 years now..
on my car he spent 2 hrs on removing it, using a saw and lots of undercar action

theres 1 bolt that i just couldnt see how it was possible to remove it no way of getting a spanner at it... stupid thing...

you dont need to remove the engine
to get the black plastic bit off, get underneath the car and take the screws out. i usually cut the pipe in half to get it out from behind the engine.
