anyone used these b4?
if so are the procedures (sp) slow? cos i ordered a psu on monday and is was ment to be delivered today, went and check my order and i still hav RED x's on everything such as money taken, item(s) picked, and dispatched....

never had any problems, not far from me tho so i usually order online in the morning then go pick it up in the afternoon.

I always go to pick it up, since it's about a 10-minute drive up the road from me!
I guess I've been lucky, though, everything I've bought has been in-stock (checked on t'interweb before going up there). Not used Q-Collect yet, might give it a try next time I'm going up there.

sorted now, e-mailed them, and got a reply from them saying they put my tranaction through manually, so musta been a prob wit me card

I had the same thing! My card doesnt have a start date but their site didnt have an option for "no start date" so i just left it on the default date which caused a problem. I phoned tyhem and they did it manually.
