Dunno if this should be in geek day or what but I need some advice on copyright laws.
I want to use the picture of two hands from here:

On a website im building. How do I go about this legally?

drop them an email and ask for rights to use it - though usually its better to write to them and getting written permission to use the photo

Make it yourself.
Or ask for a hand. No punn in tended It would be quite easy to make to be honest.

You need to contact the copright owner and seek permission...
Under UK law there work is protected under the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988...
However with that being from what it looks like a Spanish or Mexican website they will be covered by different laws...

its ok, problem solved, I found another one and photoshopped it enough that you cant tell that i didnt make it
