Just bought a set of alloys that are in need of a refurb. The lacquer has hardened and started to flake and crack off. I've started to sand them down but more and more keeps flaking off. Dont want to refurb them and for it to happen again so would like to take it all off before continuing. Any suggestions? Cheers

My dad used it on his motorbike wheels. Also used wire wool etc. It's not bad.
