Can you not just press delete while you point at them, same as any other Autocomplete field?

No, that didn't work.

Deleted all cookies, temp internet files etc and that doesn't work either.

Tools, options, content, Autocomplete, click clear forms and clear passwords.

If that doesnt work, start, control panel, user accounts, click on your user name, you will see a link top left saying manage network passwords, clear any entries in there.
