Just turned the p.c. on to find this on my menu bar thing on the bottom of the screen and when i click 'about' this information comes up.

Any ideas what it is??

It seems to be a Sagem Modem (tiscali one iirc)

try looking in your programs and unistall it

I did have a tiscali modem before, but its not being used anymore(now on telewest) and is unplugged and in the loft! I'll try uninstalling it when i get home later anyway, see if that sorts it. cheers
