Could someone give me a quick run through of what I need to do to put a torrent I have just downloaded onto a dvd.
The torrent is currently called saw3.dvd.rar. Do I need to do something with it in WinRar first?

It depends what format the file is in....if it's .avi then convert it using WinAVI; if it's .iso then burn as an image using Nero.

That's down to the audio codec 'skewing'. You can remedy this using a program called VirtualDub.
I'm experienced with most forms of video encoding so if you're stuck u2u me and I'll provide you with some tips/tutorials to show you how to get good DVD's.
