the folder in particular is

c:\Documents and settings\all users\documents

trying to install a program and it comes up that this folder is not accessable

how can i gain access to this folder?

HELP ME PLESH!

are you they only user of the computer or are there other user accounts? you might not have permission to install programs, this can be changed though

have never had a problem in the past, yes im the only account on here, how do i get into the administrator account?
