I've been pondering over this for ages now, but the imminent release of Worms HD has well and truly convinced me 
Gonna go into town on Monday, have a look round the shops and either buy one there, or order one online when I get home. Any packages to look out for? The only one I can see with two controllers is the PGR package, which is good - however my colleague has two copies of it, and he said I could have one of those for free  so ideally a package without PGR would be ace.
Needs to have the HDD (so not core) and needs at least 2 control pads. Any suggestions?

Buy from a high st store, not online. If it breaks you can get a swap ASAP and not have to fanny about with posting etc.
Id just have a walk around Argos/Game/Virgin/HMV/Gamestation/Currys etc and find the right package.
defo get the premium package though.

get one from tescos so if it ever goes wrong they will swap it regardless of the time of night

Aye, our local tescos doesnt stock them though  which is annoying since its walking distance.
Do any highstreet stores make up their own packages - or am i only likely to see the same 3 packages in every shop?

tbh, i recently got an xbox 360 and its qulity. Can't fault it as xbox live is the best thing since sliced bread and gears of war

premium with PGR 1 extra controller, live arcade thing and smackdown raw for £299, one of the cheapest packages id say

Indeed, this is the package i'm after (raw will be straight on ebay tho  )

they used to do it with viva pinata instead of raw for £279! in leeds, could have traded it in for £25 so the 360 ent pack would be around £250, but i wanted to come back to hull to get 1 incase i needed to return it, but no1 in hull had viva pinata in stock :/

I ended up getting a £300 bundle, with PGR and Tomb Raider Legends (2 control pads).
Love it so far, bought viva pinata, but not played it yet
